IS IT YOUR WEIGHT OR YOUR WEIGHT?
No where is scripture is there a weight requirement. People don't understand you must do what's healthy for YOUR OWN BODY. As prescribed by a REAL DOCTOR. Don't let society and social clubs bully you and take out your self value. STAY AWAY FROM TOXIC PEOPLE. Love is NO EXCUSE to BE MEAN, DEMEAN, PUT DOWN, AND DEVALUE YOU. This proves they have NO PLACE in your LIFE. This is the WEIGHT you GET RID OF.
With the real argument of genetics, health issues such as (thyroids) and other life's trauma's it's impossible to say run this amount, eat this amount, and do this amount, and you shouldn't have a weight problem. There is always an underlying environment. This is so untrue and this is why we must go to health professionals ONLY for our diagnosis. Ultimately, treating weight as a simple equation of math and discipline fails to solve the issue. Public health and social systems are increasingly shifting toward addressing the underlying environment, reducing systemic stigma, and treating health holistically rather than focusing entirely on a number on a scale.
The NIH has an article that says,
Weight bias is a form of stigma with detrimental effects on the health and wellness of individuals with large bodies. Researchers from various disciplines have recognized weight bias as an important topic for public health and for professional practice.

Do yourself a favor and become the best you without all of the weight! What weight? The weight of family, friends, associates, who become unhealthy to your journey. Support isn't evil, demanding, degrading, or ganging up on someone. It's the opposite.
In addition, Scientific evidence overwhelmingly demonstrates that support promotes weight loss, while demeaning behaviors—such as fat-shaming and weight stigma—actively trigger weight gain. Clinical studies show a stark contrast in physical and mental outcomes between individuals who experience supportive environments and those who face discrimination.

James 3:9–10: Warns against using the same tongue to praise God and to curse or belittle human beings, who are made in God's likeness.
Ephesians 4:29: Directs believers to let no unwholesome talk come out of their mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up.

The Distinction Between Health/Habits and Shaming
- Christian theology occasionally addresses physical habits like gluttony or lack of self-control (such as in Proverbs 23:19–21 or Philippians 3:18–19).
- However, theologians and biblical scholars emphasize that addressing personal stewardship or health is entirely different from mocking, policing, or shaming someone's body. Shaming others violates the core command to love one's neighbor as oneself (James 4:11–12).
