When asked about her health journey this is what Apostle Dr Crystal Sherie had to say,

'It took me a minute to get back into the gym after surgery but here I am. In my gym journey. Yep I workout with my lil black bag on me. Yep I workout with my lil hat sometimes. But the bottom line is...I am working out. Time to rebuild my core so that I can continue the work assigned to me. Leaders first. I can't ask you to do anything I am not. I don't want to just BE the example. I want to SET the example. Apostles are foundation setters for a reason. Let's go Jesus!'
