UNIFORMS

Uniforms are important because they create equality, build community, and improve focus. Staff is required to wear uniforms when they attend ANY EVENTS on behalf of Chainbreakers. Call us old school but we believe uniforms reduce teasing and social judgment based on personal style. We also believe wearing uniforms mentally prepares individuals for learning or professional tasks. In addition, staff can easily spot outsiders or unauthorized people on site/events/etc. You will never need to guess if our leaders are in the building when we are assigned. Uniforms create a shared sense of equality, discipline, and safety. Let's go Jesus!
