POVERTY IS EVERYWHERE

No matter where you look patterns are the same. All around the world is the same song.  I was recently watching a documentary about the Los Angeles poverty and then another one in Kensington. So my question is, would I find it here? In this area? And to what degree? A few weeks ago I did just that as I was walking. I took a video recording of the scene.
